Nokia Acquires Key Components from Sitronix

Sitronix Technology, a Taiwan-based LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) driver IC provider, is reported to have landed orders from Nokia, according to Taiwan's Economic Daily News. Sitronix is expected to deliver small- and medium-sized TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) driver ICs and CSTN (Color Super-Twist Nematic) driver ICs to Nokia. Further details were not furnished.
